Loyalty programs support consumers’ purchasing power

In the current period of inflation, loyalty programs are one of the levers that companies will have to use to cope with rising prices, and offer a better offer than the competition.

E. Lerclerc is a perfect example of this with the “Anti-inflation shield” program.
